First go to ::slayertower
Second go to The spawn where the men(lvl 7) spawn (they drop dagannoth bones)
Third kill them
Fourth pick up the bones
fifth bury them farao

you used to be able to go to ::train and click on the decayed altar but not any more...

Better place is tele varrock and kill the varrock guards they have 1hp!!
