Safe Events

The following events are safe, which means you won't lose any of your items.


Drop Parties
A drop party is where a player or group of players drop items specifically intended for the players in attendance to pick up.
Quite often, staff members of Near Reality will host large server-wide drop parties once the required amount of people Vote(doesnt work in the server yet!)



Hide and Seek
Although this event is safe, sometimes it's held in the wilderness, thus it's not always a safe event. Ensure that you're aware if it's non-safe or safe. Both regular players & staff members are allowed to attend.
During a hide and seek (often abbreviated as HnS), one or more players will find a hiding spot somewhere in the game. Once the player who's hosting the event has found his hiding spot, an announcement will occur, usually followed by a hint. The first player to trade the host of the event will be crowned the winner and will receive his\her prize.



Trivia
Trivia is an event which typically isn't hosted in large groups, due to the fact that it's difficult to read 100's of players saying their answers at once.
During trivia, the host will ask questions to the players in attendance. The first player to correctly answer the question will receive a prize, and soon after wards a new question will be asked.
The questions are usually TIR related, however it's up to the host to choose the theme.


Non-Safe Events

The following events are not safe, which means there is a high probability of you being killed & losing your items.



HP Events
These events are hosted by staff members, with the prize in their inventory. The host may have up to 100K hitpoints.
The objective of an HP event is for players to keep attacking the host until he dies. Whoever receives the kill will have to pick up the prize & risk being killed by other participants.
HP events are very dangerous, and can last upwards of 30 minutes, depending on the amount of hitpoints the host has.

Drop party's don't work on this server as you cannot drop any items.

the only ones that would be able to do that is probably martin, stealth, and reach

Yeah, but one of them always seems to be online, so maybe they can try those, they're really fun. haha

but they can also give players/mods

the reason we can't do them is becuase we cant do a command or eat food to get our hp over 99. also we don't drop what we wield/have in invy so it won't really work

but the one that kills u can have a reward rite?

but how will the staff know who killed them? when some1 dies it says u have been killed by your oppenent, any1 can lie and say they killed the staff member
